He is a Servant of the King, a follower and disciple of Jesus Christ first and foremost. Furthermore, he has a prophetic gift of teaching. Bill Rieser's Encounter program is place for everybody; no matter where you have been or what you have done . . . You will find that everyone is welcome here. Also, Pastor Bill Rieser is very transparent and approachable. You want to be given the truth about the gospel, and not have it sugarcoated with gimmicks like some of these other churches? If so, come to Encounter!
