Remind Loop

RemindLoop is a calm place to put the things you'd hate to forget. Insurance renewals, a course of vitamins, watering the plants, calling your mom. It isn't a to-do list and it won't run your life like a project board. It just remembers, so you don't have to.

No sign-up. No account. Your reminders live on your phone.

TODAY, ON ONE CALM PAGE
Open the app and see what's overdue, what's due today, who you haven't talked to in a while, and what's coming up. No red badges, no clutter.

STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE PEOPLE YOU CARE ABOUT
Check-ins are reminders for people, not tasks. Tell RemindLoop how often you'd like to call your dad or text a friend, and it keeps count for you: "it's been 9 days." Tap "just called" and the count starts over.

TYPE IT THE WAY YOU'D SAY IT
"Renew gym membership in 3 days." "Call the plumber Friday." Quick add turns a plain sentence into a reminder with the date, time and repeat already filled in. You can adjust anything before saving.

GENTLE BY DEFAULT, PERSISTENT WHEN IT MATTERS
Each reminder has its own urgency. Low and normal reminders fire once and let go. High-urgency ones come back gently, first after 15 minutes, then at longer gaps, until you deal with them. Snooze for an hour, until this evening, or until tomorrow. Quiet hours keep the night quiet.

EVERY KIND OF REMINDER
• One-time: renew your passport, book the dentist
• Recurring: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or a custom pattern
• Duration: "Vitamin D, day 4 of 10"
• Check-ins: the people and routines you don't want to drift from

KEEP THE DETAILS WITH THE REMINDER
Add notes, a photo of a policy document, or a quick voice note. See when you last renewed something in each reminder's history.

MAKE IT YOURS
Pick from six themes when you start: Terracotta, Dusty Blue, Lavender & Gold, Sage & Cream, Midnight & Amber or Charcoal & Coral. Change it any time.

ORGANISED WITHOUT THE EFFORT
Group reminders into categories like life admin, health and relationships. Search and filter everything in one list, and look back at what you've completed.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Everything is stored on your device. RemindLoop works fully offline, with no account and no RemindLoop server holding your reminders. Export a backup file whenever you like.

REMINDLOOP PLUS
RemindLoop is free with ads. A one-time RemindLoop Plus purchase removes them for good. It isn't a subscription and it doesn't lock any feature, since every feature is free for everyone. Your purchase comes with a license code you can use to go ad-free on your other devices.

Made for one person's own head, not for teams. If you've ever felt like a to-do app was managing you, RemindLoop is the gentler alternative.
