If I could give negative stars I would. I reported my card stolen on June 9th and it is now July 13 th and my replacement card has not come in. We had to report second card lost then I had to pay $25 to expedite a new card for 3-5 days on June 30th and still no card. I have no access to my money and I now have more than $500 in late fees and reconnect fees because I can not pay my bills. Thanks Echo pay for puttinge into debt. Definitely DO NOT GET THIS CARD!

Couldnt even get back into the app. Forgot my password ....Wont update. Couldnt get into my account because of someone elses E-mail address? What the? Cant change it. Cant access anything.... Wont make me a new account.(unless i send hard copys of id to an address?) To say its less than conveint and alot of hassle is an understatement. Its ok though....they have a ton of competitors? That actually are more conveient to deal with.
