2022-07-26	Da*****	I use echo360 on mobile and it won't let me access any of the second semester modules. Also, not sure if this app is related to canvas, but on canvas mobile I can't see any recorded lecture even though they are available when accessed on the pc.

But the fact that you can only download one 'video' at a time (my school has two videos per lecture with the same audio for both), and the app is locked until the video is finished downloading makes it practically unusable. Even with both videos downloaded, switching between channels has a huge lag time. You need a 'download all' and 'download in background' feature urgently.
