i don't understand the language

I registered and paid for VIP account for 6 months just 3 days ago. However, they just disabled my account 2 days ago. I tried to contact them on IG and email and ask for a reason, but they never respond. I have not done anything wrong as per my knowledge. I believe they won't re-enable my account nor refund the money to me. Lesson learnt is that, never use Sparky. I am now using other apps which are totally fine. So please, do NOT use Sparky unless you just want to send them money...
