2024-12-11	Mi*****	2 times can not connect with the app. I needed to call and have remote start done to charge. Works some of the time but not consistent. My time is worth something. Sorry doesn't cut it after a half hour of fiddling and no result to get charging.

2024-12-02	Ro*****	Too many notifications during charging. Don't need a notification every time the charge has changed. When it starts, when it finishes, if there is an error is all we need. Don't care if I went from 21% to 22%

2024-11-14	Al*****	Beware. Can show stations as "available", although there is a massive power outage lasting hours already. Do not rely on this app as the only source of information on your trips. Apparently, if the station goes offline abruptly, the status is not updated on the app.

2024-10-22	Sh*****	App requires a payment method saved, where they will constantly apply a minimum charge of $10 whenever you fall below $10 while charging, regardless of whether or not you actually need the extra money in your account to complete that charging session. There is no option to turn this off. It's frankly extremely consumer-hostile design, forcing users to constantly pay into their app so as to manipulate them into using their stations and spending more. They also hiked their rates earlier this year.

2024-10-10	Mi*****	the Chargers are extremely unreliable! to the point that it makes me actively avoid using Electrify Canada charging stations. I found the same problems in Kamloops, Hope, Merritt and in Kelowna BC

2024-08-28	Ja*****	This app has stopped working. I had to pay directly at the charger. It was supposed to be $0.7/kWh. This didn't happen. I got charged $25 each time I used the charger over the weekend. I didn't charge 35 kWh either time. What's going on here? I used BC Hydro's app this weekend as well and it worked well. $0.35/kWh...

2024-06-03	Ak*****	App is buggy, and frequently freezes. Also, there is no way to zero your account. Once you sign up, they hold on to a minimum of $5 that you have no way to use or get back. Maybe if you started charging and then removed your credit card information? It forces an auto reload at $5. Edit: Spoke with customer support about a station rated 350 kW only outputting 35-70 kW. I was told that's too bad and to deal with it. I also confirmed how to zero the account - delete it, and get refunded.

Ive called in a few times now, once I was talked through using the app properly, the 2nd got started remotely. THANKYOU LOIS who actually took the time to troubleshoot before starting the charge remotely. I feel so much more confident the issue will be resolved!
