software update keeps failing. No matter what I do, the freaking watch refuses to do the software update on my Razor Ultra. Motorola, please fix this issue asap, because without that upgrade, certain settings are not possible. I've done everything I could to troubleshoot, and still no luck. My Galaxy watch 7 has no problems like this out the box, and through the app, so Motorola, why can't you do similar, unless the phone needs a service, which is dumb. Please fix ASAP.
