2024-04-09	ra*****	Not given personlised plan. All exercise given on smith machine bar 2 . Didnt even look at the equipment i had. Then there was food stuff i had on my list i didnt eat was sent in meal plan. Everything is done in slow motions takes a week to get you set up. Check in is done in a form. Then they just give you a spill of ok glad all is good same stuff even though i didnt want dead lifts then i dont do 4 days. But as i was too hard they just cancelled my plan without notification and charged

2024-03-04	Ri*****	I recently signed up, and this is not as advertised. Ill be requesting a FULL refund. Spent 30mins going through an onboarding form & what was generated still included foods im allergic to, still included foods I hate & my macros were incredibly off for my goals. No phone number to call to discuss & radio silence on emails. If I don't receive a refund & contact ill be taking to the department of fair trading as this service is not what is advertised when I enquired before signing up. Not happy.

2024-03-04	Je*****	Good idea, bad execution. With all the questions asked at sign up it made me think EBT designed the meals for me. They don't; it is auto-generated from a list. You need to constantly tell them your needs. I paid $70/week for one day of meals that needed to be fixed every week. They also don't check if people weigh in at the amount stated. There is nothing stopping people from editing photos. There are no fat% calcs. You could use ozempic and they wouldn't check. Wouldn't recommend.

If I could ask for one thing it would be... the ability to star your current meal option and have one click access to it from the home screen. Also PDF generator for print friendly recipe pages to scribble on for meal prep etc.
