It's actually kind of stunning how terrible this app is. I mainly want to use it to access my readings for school on my tablet and it never did a great job (ebooks couldn't be viewed on the app), but this semester it can't even manage to sign me into my institution successfully. My access is just fine on a browser, so browser it is, I guess. EBSCO charges academic libraries wayyyy too much to provide such a terrible UX for students.
