A recuperator is a ventilation device with heat recovery intended for the ventilation of houses, apartments and buildings intended for permanent human habitation (e.g. offices, public buildings). It is the main element of the mechanical supply and exhaust system, allowing for greater comfort of use of the facilities. By replacing stale air with fresh air, proper human functioning is ensured, and thanks to heat recovery, heating costs in winter and cooling costs in summer are reduced.
