2024-06-04	yi*****	Tried to do international shipping yet courier (NINJAVAN) didn't come to collect the item, contacted customer service and told me to wait until the next day ( parcel delayed 3 days from scheduled collection day ). Managed to send my parcel but really need to improve customer service 🫤

2024-03-26	Mi*****	Easyparcel deserves zero star. first attempt failed due to easy parcel system faulty print the wrong address.second attempt, driver refuse to park the car at the parking lot and send the item. 3rd attempt, driver claimed that building was move (but it was there for 10 years). I appointed post laju send to same address. Successfully send the item!! Easyparcel charged me for returning the parcel (but all the failed cause by easyparcel and teleport) For more info , please refer to Google review.

2024-03-18	Zu*****	the most useless and foolish courier apps I've ever downloaded. all tracking entered is invalid and cannot be tracked...even though it's been updated and refreshed millions of times, it's still the same, can't track ..I recommend anyone dont download this apps very useless apps ever ..if anyone want to track parcel bettr download " tracking.my " at playstore easy to track and use ..easyparcel useless ever..

2023-04-13	Zu*****	So bad. They always charge you extra due to 'extra' weight. I weighted and measured my parcels correctly. Then follow either actual weight or vw whichever higher, but somehow they would always add extra 0.5-1.5kg and charge my account. Every single time!

2022-12-30	Je*****	When I first started with them 2 years ago, they did an excellent job. I engaged only Qexpress. But now their services are very bad. They don't pick up on time and deliver within 1 to 2 working days as what they say. It's time to change courier services .

2022-12-03	Da*****	0 star i give.This easy pacel, first time i usingto delivery my paccel,and in the app i choose QXPRESS,2 time didn't pickup my items,so this is affected my pacel to send to the customer,i highly not recommended to use this platform,i rather to pay more to use grab or singpost.
