2024-07-01	ch*****	This app needs to be taken down from play store. They steal people's money. When you pay through the app to purchase data, they display successful without crediting you with data. They did it to me on number of occasions.

I downloaded app funded #1,500 I couldn't do anything on the platform because of the kyc, when I chat with the WhatsApp customer service I was asked to find my wallet again. I've fund my wallet with the total sum of #2700 and I have the monify messages on my mail. I couldn't even complete the kyc because non of the money appears on my wallet. Now no reply to my Whatsapp messages.

2024-03-16	Ab*****	App is a complete RED FLAG asking for too much private information. Account number, BVN, NIN in the name of KYC. I tried to get Neco token, was debited but never got the token. Customer Support has no clue whatsoever.

2024-02-19	Ay*****	I did 20gb of 9mobile data It's been over 24hrs, I have messaged u both on whatsapp and email u replied none. Am I supposed to forget about the 2740? This is not nice how can u have a company and there is no line for calls only whatsapp. At this age and time who does bussiness like that, so people can't just call u and lodge their complaint easily it has to be whatsapp cos u feel people can disturb. Even the so called networks as big as they are attend to calls, even banks attend to calls

2023-12-04	ay*****	Easy access remains my number one app to sell data and recharge cards. Very prompt and reliable. But it is highly unfortunate that l couldn't fund my wallet. My three account keep saying "error". I trust this will be resolved very soon. Please don't dissapoint because this has halt business and it's painful.
