2024-04-04	wc*****	Once a great app that would open the gate at my storage unit, hasn't worked at all in months. Can't enroll, can't sign in, always says 'invalid password or email' which is not right, because I know for a fact the info is correct. And to further prove this point, I click 'Forgot Password', then it sends me a link to change the password. Once I type in the new password, it just sits there, with the spinning icon, and does nothing. Nothing. This once awesome app, has turned into an absolute joke.

2024-04-01	Da*****	Well, initially this would have been a 3 or 4 star rating, but recently I changed phones and when trying to use the app with the new phone it has not worked at all. Tried resetting password several times, no luck. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, no luck. So since I'm not able to use the app anymore, the rating has gone down to 1.

2023-09-06	Bi*****	App used to work just fine on our Android devices. A couple of weeks ago the developer must have released a new version which no longer functions on Android platforms. No error messages. Leaves a blank white screen after login. Still seems to function correctly on iStuff.

2022-08-13	iP*****	Love this when its working, but I had to get a new phone recently, and had to redo all my App Logons. I could not remember my password for this app, so I tried the "Foregot Password" option like I did for several apps, but this app keeps telling me there is no internet, which is bogus, my phone is on both my WiFi and the mobile network. A little Help from the developer on this would be nice.

For weeks it has given me varying issues when trying to set up different accounts. It will not allow enrollment, it either states the gate access code is wrong, or that there is no internet connection, both of which are wrong. The one time I have managed to get the enrollment to go through recently, after confirming the account, it says wrong password and has for weeks. It is unusable.

2022-05-15	Sc*****	* THIS APP DOES NOT WORK* Tried a 2nd email address to set up the app. Got the confirmation done but the app does not recognize my login. The app does not recognize the password I set up. When I try the reset password link the app says I have no internet connection. Tried to contact customer service and the email bounces. Went to the website and it says "forbidden". Waste of my time.

As a facility manager, I try to help customers register for the app. They are being asked to give management a 6 digit code to complete registration. PTI does not say what this code is for and we don't receive any notifications at our office. Tenants cannot skip this step to register. Submitted a tech support ticket that just says it is an iphone issue. Great, however, tenant was using an Android phone. Please remove this 6 digit code thing.
