Unable to drop you an email. When I tap on the email icon it asks me if I want to send an email to your support team, I tap on yes nothing happens. So disappointed

2021-06-15	Os*****	I've subscribed to this which has been a disaster. I eventually managed to put a commodity onto the watchlist and it worked for a short time. All of a sudden it vanished from my watchlist and have been unable to add it. Also the notifications at its best were hit and miss. What is going wrong????
