Easy Sos is an application that allows you to report incidents on public roads, being of citizen interest, through your own mobile devices. The incidents are recorded through videos or photos, recording the geolocation in the background, date and time without being able to be altered or modified later, guaranteeing the veracity of the report sent to the corresponding authorities for decision making. In this way, Easy Sos, through citizen collaboration, contributes to the improvement of the city, education and compliance with regulations such as citizen security. The data sent through the Easy Sos application will be kept until the corresponding authorities decide to eliminate them or it will be kept until it does not exceed the technological infrastructure of the Easy Sos application.
The digital content sent through the Easy Sos application will not be used for sale or use by third parties, in addition, the individual identification of the user who makes the complaint will not be possible.
