However, many reviews report repeated registration/login failures, unstable performance, missing or misconfigured listings, payments not updating, and unresponsive customer support, making the app effectively unusable for large numbers of residents.

Pros

Provides core property-management features (amenity booking, bill payment, community announcements/offers).

Cons

Registration frequently fails or gets stuck (commonly on country selection) making sign-up impossible for many users.
Login and password-reset problems: users report wrong-password errors, resets claiming success but still unable to log in.
App stability and performance issues: slow, freezes, crashes, and general unreliability across devices and connections.
Very poor or unresponsive customer support; many users report no replies to emails or long delays in issue resolution.
Configuration and data problems: missing properties/listings, booking slots unavailable, and payments not reflected correctly in the app.

Recent reviews

Update: Managed to register after 2 years. Application is very slow on any connection. Requesting any service is impossible. It almost never let's me login. Management makes you do everything on the app but it simply doesn't work. Absolutely worst management app ever. In more than 2 years of using the apartment I was never able to benefit from this garbage application. Support email is not managed as well they never respond to any emails. Just terrible all around.

Completely useless app. A lot of technical errors and absolutely zero support , yet the community management made it the main portal for formal communication!
