Doesn't work. Every time I open it now, it says something went wrong, please try again. Then it goes to a logo page where it gets stuck in an infinite loading page .

I have a Google Pixel Fold, does not work on my phone.

The app hasn't worked for months despite unistalling and downloading multiple times. 0/5 stars.

Installed this app 3 months ago on my Google Pixel. It has never worked. It won't even launch. Just a pop up message "something went wrong".

Absolutely nothing useful here. Only the list of my insurance benefits and documentation, which I already have. No way to look up where I am with deductibles or access to ANY useful information.

Doesn't work. I have uninstalled and installed it multiple time. Just get errors or a loading screen. Not worth having.

I just get an error message in the beginning. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled but still the same thing happens.

I installed this app on my phone which was a Samsung A51 and had to replace my phone because it wasn't working properly so I got a replacement phone which was a A53 transferred all my stuff including this app and it will not open I tried everything I could think of Uninstalling reinstalling making sure I uninstalled on the old phone even nothing worked. So I contacted their support and got no help from them either was told to contact my employer
