Welcome to the 32nd annual Flagler Parade of Homes, proudly hosted by the Flagler Home Builders Association! The parade will take place April 11th-19th April, 2026.

See the best in home building by visiting these beautiful model homes filled with the latest trends in outdoor living areas, decorating styles, gourmet kitchens, state-of-the-art audio/video technology and the newest advancements in green building for energy conservation and sustainability.

The models are open from 10am to 5pm Monday-Saturday and Noon-5pm on Sunday. Admission is free.

Flagler HBA's strong affiliation with the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders to provide an essential network for the exchange of information and ideas.

Chartered in 1984, we have been serving the Flagler community for the last 41 years.
