FisioNext

FisioNext is an application developed to assist physiotherapists in managing their care and monitoring patient progress. The interface was designed to be intuitive and practical, bringing together all the necessary information in one place.

Available resources:

- Dashboard: Provides an overview of the main indicators, allowing you to monitor the progress of patients and the number of services provided.
- Patient list: Quickly access each patient's information, with details organized in a simple way to facilitate monitoring and consultation.
- Evolution history: Records all patients' clinical developments, previously registered via chatbot on WhatsApp, allowing the physiotherapist to view and follow the details directly in the app.
- PDF generation: It is possible to generate PDF reports with the patient's progress history, which can be used for monitoring or documentation.
Assessment forms: Includes a functionality to take anamnesis of new patients with a simplified interface, designed to facilitate the recording of initial information for each service.

FisioNext was designed to optimize the work of freelance physiotherapists, helping to organize patient data and record clinical information in a practical and accessible way.
