2026-06-29	Ph*****	they had a decent system with account balances. you paid for what you got. now they take $20 for every charge and take forever to refund the change. I charged on their new system last Thursday and they took $20 to cover a buck in taxes and I still haven't been refunded.

2026-06-28	Ge*****	Terrible service for their Chadmo chargers. used to be that every station had 1 but they have all but disappeared at this point. And even when there is one, their app is terrible and saying when it is available. I needed charging and their app said a Chadmo was available, but when i got there, it was non-functional.

2026-06-28	Mi*****	I cannot manage my home charger anymore. The UI of the home charger screen immediately flies off the screen after loading. I can't find a way to contact EA for support for this issue.

2026-06-28	Br*****	The latest update removed the account balance and replaced it with a $20 hold on your card every time you use the chargers. Then you have to wait several days for the actual charges to be processed. one of the reasons I used the app was to avoid having the $50 hold from using my card at the charger.

2026-06-27	L *****	64c per Khw (Key West) - I wouldn't support this company. This is insane and honestly way more expensive than a regular fuel car, (cost/miles). Its 70-80% more expensive than tesla supercharger at peak and 550% more expensive than charging home. They should regulate what these companies charge.

2026-06-27	An*****	Used to be good. The prepayment now is just like the rest of all other stations. Not really trusting the accuracy of pricing now. Seems more fake than before. Confident level usage with this app is very very low.
