If you had to The Pass, what it doesn't tell you is that after signing up for that pass and visiting that same exact station again, within two weeks that you will not get the discounted rate do to it being a commercial station. Why it prompted me to sign up then said I'd save money on my next charge, Because they are deceptive.

2026-07-25	A *****	They still don't display how charged the cars are when you pull up to a station and want to guess how long you have to wait for a space to open up. Terrible. They've had years to correct that but you still have to physically walk up to the chargers to see how charged a "full" station is to gauge how much of a wait time you have for a space to open up. Terrible.

2026-07-22	Ri*****	Never could get this app to work at a charging station. Always one type of error or another. Now it won't log in. Tried to reset password but the email it is supposed to send never comes. Tried 4x now. Went over to the nearby Rivian charging station and no problem... no app... no logging in... just tap your cc and it starts.
