So there is no break up of communication at all. I was communicating with Preeti Rajput he is so good in conveying matters directly while we getting GST. I refer this app and service to wholeheartedly to anyone who need a very good service in India.

2024-02-24	Sa*****	Froud Company. Never provided Invoice for services which they charged GST extra also. I registered a trademark via them, registration completed but they never give me Registration certificate copy. I gave them three works, they done all but very delay service, after payment their behaviour changed. Never generated any invoice for payments ( but ask for service charge+ GST).

2023-01-18	*****	Good service but app needs more work. It does not work smoothly. Sometimes i have to press 4-5 times to open the chat or link and I still cant view the images. Rajat Kashyap and Jyoti has helped me throughout the journey with regular updates. But the over all process is abit slow but I am satisfied with it.

2021-08-05	Th*****	Worst experience ever. Despite agreeing to process my application of GST and IEC on fast track, these people are neither taking my calls nor aswering to my whatsApp msgs. These people are themselves not sure of the process. They keep on asking for more and more documents and when I call them with any query regarding the document, they ghost me again. I recommend people to not waste money here. I even asked for refund but again ended up being ghosted. Please don't fall for the trap.

2021-07-15	Na*****	Never take services from them i have taken service on 31st march after that i have given all documents what they want but after that they are just creating new issues that scan is not clear give another then rejected by gst department then give latest bill then page is not clear. After that they spend 3 month on that but yet i have not gotten GST. They r full of fraud now no one is picking calls of them and only they are floating mail on mail every time i replied them plz refund my money.
