Pool Pump Pro

Pool Pump Pro is a professional pool pump sizing and evaluation tool for existing pool and spa plumbing.

Use the visual plumbing schematic to enter pool volume, turnover, design flow, PVC pipe size, pipe length, fittings, valves, equipment pressure loss, elevation, and optional field readings. The app calculates required flow, total dynamic head (TDH), suction and return losses, equipment head, voltage context, NPSHa, and a Test AH validation comparison.

Existing Pump mode helps evaluate an installed pump against the current plumbing. Select the pump, enter the plumbing and field data, and review predicted operating flow, pump-curve flow at TDH, measured-flow comparison, validation delta, and confidence.

Select Pump mode helps choose a new pump for the required duty point. The app uses the calculated TDH and design flow to compare available pump curve data, show the recommended operating point, and display a clear pump curve graph with TDH, required flow, system flow, and confidence indicators.
