DynamicG Popup Launcher (formerly Home Button Launcher) lets you bookmark your favorite apps, shortcuts, and web pages. Launch options include a diagonal swipe from the bottom corner on Pixel devices, a Quick Settings tile, or launching directly from the home screen. Note: On Samsung One UI 7.0, power button long-press launches the Digital Assistant, which this app cannot override.

Features include no ads, optional tabs, icon packs and custom icons support, partial app shortcuts (many apps restrict shortcuts), and a minimal permissions set: QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES, INTERNET, and on-demand CALL_PHONE for direct-dial shortcuts.
