With the Dyckerhoff Customer Portal app, you can order your concrete online at any time, view an overview of your active construction sites, and check the status of each order and your invoices. Status updates for orders and deliveries can be received via push notifications on your mobile device.

You will receive your initial access to the Customer Portal from your familiar Dyckerhoff sales representative. They will also set up your current delivery sites, including addresses and the concrete types specified in the contract. Immediately afterward, you can request and track concrete deliveries around the clock, including weekends. These requests are processed during normal business hours.

Once you have received your login details and registered your user account, using the Dyckerhoff Customer Portal is not tied to a specific device; it works equally well on a computer with a modern web browser, on a smartphone, or on a tablet.
