Review summary

Users praise ease of use and large-size suitability, and quality clothes with reliable delivery. The top complaints are app performance (freezes/slow), unreliable FitMap/maps on Android, clunky navigation, and login persistence issues. A few note a downgrade from the old website. Overall sentiment is positive about products and service but stability and feature reliability need work.

  • FitMap and location/map features don't work reliably on Android
  • Clunky navigation and inconsistent click-detection/back-to-home behavior
  • Login not retained and personal details not saved, requiring re-verification
