ReFalla

iRefalla is the most advanced tool for tracking, recording, and managing faults in infrastructure and distribution networks. Designed for professionals who want accurate information instantly, iRefalla combines a powerful spatial engine with artificial intelligence tools to take your network's operational control to the next level.

With iRefalla, you can visualize the network topology, identify operational paths, and manage evidence of faults and their repairs, all from your mobile device.

The platform integrates a collaborative communication channel where comments are presented in a modern chat style. You can document damage and repair work by uploading photographic evidence directly from your camera or gallery. The map uses vector tile technology via Protomaps and Martin to save data and function in areas with weak signal. The Dashboard module consolidates the status of the outage, showing restoration, affected customers, and demand in Megawatts. It also allows for the visualization and tracking of emergency requests and complaints from the SCIntegral system.
