2024-07-25	Wi*****	Specifically bought a Duux North because it supposedly worked with google assistant. The gen 1 app DOES NOT integrate with Google home. While I was able to link the app, it simply caused the duux app to DUPLICATE ALL already linked devices in the Google home app. What it did NOT do, was make my duux North show up in Google home. Duux North refuses to pair with the newer app despite the artwork/setup having an option for it.

2024-04-21	Ad*****	App is brilliant when it works, unfortunately, the app seems to forget the fan I've paired it to causing me to have to repair everything and reconnect the WiFi again. Luckily, you can solve this by just using google's own smart home app on your phone, you lose some features, but at least you won't have to keep repairing to the app every so often.

2024-01-12	Ke*****	Been using the app for over a year without issue but the last few weeks it has been next to useless. Unable to remotely switch on/off heater, the app not showing correctly if heater is on or off, my devices disappearing from the app and needing to be added over and over again. The list of problems goes on. Devs need to sort it out!

2024-01-09	Ja*****	Whatever they've done to this app they need to undo it and start again. After trying and trying for an hour I finally got the heater 360 device to connect and at that point I was able to see their message that people were having problems connecting. Really, who knew and seriously a message after connection? Customer support are supposed to be aware of the problem and hope to have a fix in a few weeks. If not I have a piece of junk in my living room. This app isn't even worth one star.

2023-12-01	Ji*****	The app is intuitive and offers adjustment of all settings of my Bora dehumidifier. However, I do have an issue that the dehumidifier always shows as OFF in the app, although it is ON. If turned ON through the app, it shows ON only until the app is open and no back button is pressed on the phone. Moreover, the dehumidifier doesn't show the humidity in the app when OFF, but it does show that on the device itself. Also no option to update firmware.

It baffles me that one of the main functions of the fan is that it's controllable via phone through wifi, but it's completely broken. I also have an older duux that connected fine, while the Whisper Flex ULTIMATE does not. ULTIMATE rubbish if you ask me.

App was brilliant as I could control fan easily at night or while I was working without having to disturb anyone else. Plugged it in to use last week and now it won't connect to the WiFi, no matter how many times I try. Nothing has changed since last year so no idea what the issue is. So now, it's just an ordinary fan, which is fine but not what I wanted or paid for. Absolutely gutted.

2023-06-12	Ra*****	Connection was troublesome, but the experience has been smooth since. At least in terms of connection. UI is not very intuitive and a night/dark mode is sorely missed. Please, at least, add that.

2022-12-22	Hu*****	Generally fine but some improvements needed. Scheduled actions are sorted by action, not time. When you have multiple on/offs, the offs are at the top and the ons at the bottom. It would be more intuative if it sorted by time. The lack of being able to set the night mode to be permanently on if a little frustrating as it will beep as it is doing actions in the middle of the night. Also doesn't work if you are outside the range, even though it should connect through wifi.
