User Reviews

Reviews are mixed, but unreliable connections and server availability are the most repeated complaints. Performance can depend on the network, and users describe frequent reconnecting or key updates. Support is praised by some and criticized by others. When it works, users appreciate its performance, but several want per-app or per-site routing controls and question the price given the instability.

Pros

Some users report that the VPN works well, with good performance or acceptable ping when a working server is available.
Several users say support responds quickly and has helped resolve connection problems.

Cons

Connection reliability is a recurring problem: servers may be unavailable, speeds can drop, and users often need to switch servers or refresh keys.
Performance varies by network and use case; users report problems on Wi‑Fi or mobile data, and unreliable access during whitelist restrictions.
Support experiences are inconsistent, with some users reporting unanswered requests or troubleshooting that did not fix the issue.
Users want more routing controls, such as choosing which apps or sites use the VPN and which bypass it.
Some users feel the subscription is poor value given the connection problems.
