Set your total fermentation time, hydration, and kitchen temperature — the app uses a temperature-compensated yeast model based on the Q10 biological coefficient to calculate your exact ingredients, automatically scaled to however many dough balls you need.
Styles
Choose between Neapolitan and New York presets. Neapolitan locks in the traditional parameters — lower hydration, higher salt, no oil, baked fast at extreme heat. New York style adjusts for a longer bake, moderate hydration, and olive oil for a crispier, more tender crust. Every setting updates your ingredients and method in real time.
Fermentation
Room temp or cold ferment — your choice. Cold fermentation slows the yeast to a crawl while the flour's enzymes keep working, building up free sugars and amino acids that drive deep browning, blistering, and complex flavour in the oven. The yeast model accounts for your kitchen temperature, salt percentage, and total fermentation time automatically.
Live Bake Schedule
Hit Begin and every step gets a real clock time stamped to your start. Tap any timed step to fire your phone's native timer. A persistent notification keeps your current step visible in the drawer — tap it to jump straight back to the app.
Dough Ball Calculator
Set your ball count and target weight. The app works backwards using baker's percentages to calculate the exact flour, water, salt, yeast, and oil you need. Adjust salt and oil percentages independently with the steppers.

Save any recipe with a name and notes. Every saved recipe stores a full ingredient snapshot — reload it any time to restore your exact settings.
