2024-08-12	To*****	It's a very disappointing service. I made a payment more than 24hours ago and still the recipient has not received the payment. Even after calling to find out, they stopped picking my calls at one point. Only then to find out other users who made payments after me have received their money, who does that? Very disgraceful service! And they refuse to refund me my money. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE IF THE MONEY IS NEEDED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

2023-10-21	Ba*****	Worst bank ever, takes forever for money to come into my account. They ask lots of questions, who, why, what's the money for. Even as little as £5. Have to give sender's details like address. Absolute joke. Even when I call/email absolutely no help. "the money will arrive when it arrives" is all I get. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
