a. Attendance Data
The app scans student QR codes (on ID cards) to record attendance.
Collected data includes student ID, timestamp, and related attendance metadata.
Only students who are pre-registered in the admin system will have their attendance recorded.
b. Staff Access Control
Access to the app is protected by a passcode provided by the product owner or administrator.
We do not collect any personal data from staff members using the app.
c. Device Permissions
The app requires camera access to scan QR codes.
We do not access or collect any other data (e.g., contacts, location, images).
