2026-08-13	Ro*****	I was locked out of the DSW site due to "clicking and scrolling too quickly or too often" while creating a favorites list and deciding which shoes to keep in the cart. I'm a 66 year old lady, and I am not able to text or scroll quickly. This lock-out apparently resets every time you try to log back in, adding another hour. Needless to say, this was not an easy nor pleasant shopping experience.

2026-08-09	J.*****	I took today off to retrieve my package that was supposed to arrive today. Only to discover it has been pushed back tomorrow. I have one person who could cover me in the entire company and I do not appreciate the disrespect for myself or my time. You're a billion dollar company. I don't want to hear excuses about not controlling shipping when that is part of your business model! Now it has been updated and it is five days later. FIVE!! So that is outside out of the 7 days promised. Incompetent.

2026-07-30	Do*****	Bait and Switch. They advertise a BOGO on shoes then after you pick out the ones you want, surprise the BOGO only applies to certain brands of shoes. So buy the pair you want at full price and pick another set from a select number of other shoes they are trying to get rid of. Not for me.
