Saigon East Credit Fund (DSGFund) was established under License No. 10/QLQTD/NH-GP issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City branch on April 22, 2005 with initial charter capital of VND 506,100,000 contributed as capital by members. Up to now, the charter capital of DSGFund is VND 7,736,750,000.

Currently, DSGFund operates at Kiosque headquarters No. 10-11, Ground Floor of Apartment R7, 38.4ha Resettlement Area, An Tu Cong Chua Street, KP7, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

DSGFund's operating area includes 05 wards: An Khanh, An Phu, Thao Dien, An Loi Dong and Thu Thiem in Thu Duc city.

The main objective of DSGFund is to help members easily and quickly access loans at a reasonable cost, create conditions for members to develop production and business and improve their living standards at the same time. contribute to repelling the crime of usury which has existed for a long time in the area.
