- Track the status of your request and payment;

- Join a video consultation with your chosen professional;

A simple process:

2. Choose a healthcare professional.

3. Send your consultation request.

4. Make the payment when required.

5. Speak with the doctor via video call.

DSANTE facilitates access to teleconsultations, but does not replace emergency services or in-person consultations when necessary. Medical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and referrals are the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional.
