2024-04-19	Dr*****	I've had nothing but good experience with this machine and I use them frequently. Been a monthly subscriber for about two years now. Now all of a sudden all the bikes in tulsa are missing and TM isn't responding to anyone's emails or phone calls and there's no updates on their website or any social media. What gives? If you guys went out of business can you at least let the public know??

2023-06-24	SO*****	The app is no good. Most of the bikes are faulty, the app won't let you end the ride, then they start sending you emails warning you like it's your fault. They even kicked me out the app and it wasn't my fault. It's a great ride tho if you are lucky to find a bike that actually works

2023-05-29	Pr*****	Kept saying error 402 when I tried to end ride, and just kept charging me while I was unable to end the ride. What's wrong with this app. Checked my account multiple times to make sure the funds were there. And it kept saying error

App logs your info, such as gps, addy, PHONE NUMBER, credit card, etc. App notifies you via EMAIL that you've traveled outside of the allowed area, not shown on map, charges, cancels, n bans you from renting a This Machine in the future before you're notified OF said email. Ppl get away w stealing these things daily. I rent n return undamaged, on time, and I'M punished (?!!). Great system u have
