2024-05-31	Ma*****	Worst delivery courier. The delivery guy did not tried to deliver the package after waiting for the whole day, as per aramex apps its on its way but suddenly it said we tried to deliver but office is close, the delivery guy dis not even called or message. Then reschedule for another week then the delivery guy wants to deliver it in his own time (11am) even i requested 2pm to 6pm cause thats the only time available. Just decided to cancel the delivery. Total waste of time. Not even deserve 1 star

I requested an exchange, after the shoe was collected there has been no update on the exchange status for around a month. I got no refund and no exchanged shoe, had to keep following up with useless support teams that promise to call back but never do. In the end I gave up and submitted a chargeback request to my bank. Won't be using this app anymore.

2024-04-17	Ha*****	Don't even think about buying anything from the app, its a scam they offer you items in a certain price & when it is been delivered to you it turns out to be fake, copy of the original & when you try to contact the help center they won't even answer your call & emails, even if you try to return back the order from the app, it shows that it collected from you within certain days but no one turns up for it so forget about refund or exchange. This is my personal experiance.

2024-04-03	Lo*****	I placed an order via apps and i received email confirmation that my order was confirmed however it is not updated in their application so i tried to contact them via email or chatting, after one day i manage to chat with someone from their chat boot and i found out that my order was not been successful. I tried my best to please them to give my order coz one of the item is sold out already so i can not reorder it, but there is no resolution, very bad service.

The next day, I found out that my order had failed because they said that tabby was late to pay them. Then I saw other reviews with the same issue last year.
