Went ahead & installed the app (didn't want app. Wanted to use it via browser) on my phone. Account creation was extremely fast unfortunately they have the wrong meter number associated with my account. Needless to say the water usage they are reporting is incorrect. Not only that they are saying that water cost is $0.00.

2020-08-27	Ch*****	Very useful tool to keep track of your water usage. A must have for every property owner where their utility provider provides this tool. You'll be able to track usage patterns and spikes down to hourly granularity. Customer support is excellent. AlisonN very patiently worked with me through my login issue until it was resolved. I highly recommend this app.
