2024-12-26	Jo*****	I used to like this app, but the recent changes seem scammy to me. They say that drops happen at certain times, but even if you go at those times it immediately says sold out even if you are in the waiting room ahead of time. It's been like this for a year or longer. Haven't been able to redeem rewards since the change. Even reddit people have claimed that no one has been able to redeem. So I guess it's not just me. I'll try one more time, then I guess reports can be made to BBB & FTC for fraud.

I have waited for the weekly "drops" for months and got mere 2 of $5 gift cards by luck. Sometimes, the app doesn't even refresh once the clock starts, so you don't even have a chance at it. I have earned the points by spending via the app/program. The points should be redeemable at will, not by blind luck. will delete my account.

Made it so rewards could only be redeemed once a week but it was impossible to redeem even when clicking redeem as soon as it went live, it was immediately sold out. Gave it one more try today and now I can't even log in to my account, even after resetting the password. keep getting an error about login key invalid, common. Frustrating and huge waste of time.

2024-11-14	Pi*****	Terrible system! Gift cards are only available ones per week, and it being sold out within a second. Now, there is a new problem. For the past week, there are available gift cards, but I get an error that I need to update my app in order to confirm the GC, obviously my app is up to date and this is happening on the latest version of Android and the app. It's a grift and a scam!

I set an alarm on my phone so I would open the app in plenty of time. For about 8 weeks, I've tried and failed to redeem my points for a gift card. The app freezes and when I reopen it all the gift cards are gone. It tells me to come back next week. Attempts to contact the company have been a waste of time Edit. It's nov 2024. I still can't redeem points.

I log in every single Thursday 5 minutes before noon to wait, and been trying to collect a gift card, ANY gift card at this point for over 4 months. I have over $38 in credit accumulated in this app now since they rolled out the new rules of limiting how many gift cards go out each week. All cards gone within 5 seconds or so they say.

Gift cards only drop once a week, sold out literally within a minute, and that's IF you can even get in at all with the swarm shutting the servers down more times than not. This app USED to be great. Now it's a rip off. What's the point of having 70k worth points when I can't bloody spend them?! What is the point of bad reviews when it only gets worse instead of better? Can't even LOAD the rewards drop anymore during gift card times. Don't use!

IF you're lucky enough to claim one, it's only worth $5.00. I've only been able to redeem 4 gift cards this year...but I have over 120,000 points. At this rate, it will take me 6 years to redeem all my points, and that's without accumulating any more points.
