Lost my data. Have it in Excel format but not able to restore

210323- changed the rating back from a 1* to 5*, though I lost my data from Jan 2023 which was very vital, I wish I could have saved it in Excel atleast. I heavily relied on the back up system of this app, the developer updated the back up issue, I tested it and it worked, since this app suits my requirement, I will proceed with a fresh start since this is one of the very few apps with only expenses and no income. Thank God I atleast have my data from 2020 to 2022.
