2024-12-26	lo*****	Not sure which is worse, the app or trying to programme the actual heaters. But the heaters themselves are really fantastcally good if you don't mind manually adjusting them.

2024-12-24	St*****	Pretty poor app compared to the competition. Clunky and half the time doesn't control the radiators. Spoke to support who blamed my wifi, which is perfect. No fine controls of the heating too. In hindsight I wish I had gone for another more modern system that works properly from the app. Radiators are ok but the complete package isn't. Please sort your software out. I couldn't recommend this system if you want Internet controlled heating.

2024-11-29	Az*****	The radiator is lovely, and the app gives some useful statistics about usage, and this what I'm giving the stars for. However, there is nothing intuitive about the programming and controls! You can even call it awful! Programming is in individual hour slots with no minutes involved! It would be much simpler to use from hh:mm to hh:mm type of programming. I still have not figured out a way of doing a boost or start now type controls, that does not turn the heater to manual mode only!

2024-10-19	Th*****	Worked fine once I realised I was trying to setup a towel rail as a radiator. Error messages are not helpful but I got there in the end. Other than that, setup is fairly simple. I put my router into 2.5GHz only mode, no 5GHz. Not sure if that was important. Oct 2024 edit: Newer Bluetooth setup should make things a lot easier. Remember to check for new firmware on your radiator (or use the app to do it)
