2022-05-20	Ch*****	11/05/2022 Non-GDPR compliant in my experience. I tried the app out a while ago, wasn't for me. I just uninstalled it from my phone; about a year later I had a message from a third party reporting that my Driven password had been compromised. I contacted Driven through their support portal on their website in Jan this year and asked them to delete my account as per GDPR. I received an on screen automated acknowledgment of my communication, along with a promise that they would be in touch soon. I didn't hear back from them, at all. I emailed them again today and was told that they had no record of my account or my email. Not impressed. Complaint ongoing. EDIT 20/05/2022 - I acknowledge from the Driven support team's response to my 2nd request and this complaint that my GDPR request is now - by their account - resolved. I still stand by the 1 star rating and my review. 1. I only had an automated response to my original GDPR request. If my account details were deleted at the time I had no communication of it. I don't think that this is GDPR compliant. 2. Their first response included the suggestion that I might have contacted the wrong company. Patronising. 3. It seems bizarre that they have no record of this being done, the feedback from my complaint is essentially, "we have no record of you, therefore the original request must have been done". 4. There doesn't seem to be any apology that my original request wasn't carried out (i.e. assuming that it did happen, they failed to TELL ME), or any acknowledgement from Driven that they might have done less than they could have.

2021-03-15	Ma*****	I'm a student at BSU. This app is nice because it's quick and easy to use. Gives you all the tools you need to help out with you're own mental health. And it gives you choices on how you would prefer to learn content from each section.

2020-09-24	Al*****	I love the app! Thanks to the purchased version, I get access to all of the valuable contents and it's full potential. The only downside in my opinion, is three fold. 1. It seems like the chat text box has a limited display capacity which cuts part of the information I or the bot coach send. 2. There are few syntax/spelling mistakes. 3. The content is very directive, which can bother some people, although you can still take advantage of this way of interacting and get a maximum of information.

2020-09-18	Ra*****	Having suffered from low self-esteem, major clinical depression and severe anxiety for many years due to PMDD, fibromyalgia and considerable stress over the years, I have to say that this app is remarkably good at making me think about my feelings, my experiences and how to turn the feelings into positives, wherever possible. I've not paid for the full features yet but I'm really considering it. Really impressed by the app thus far! Great work folks!!!

Makes you believe you get everything for FREE then BAM "you can't access this in the free part of this app". Rotten company to bait & switch like that just to up their download count. VERY deceptive & horrible to do. $7 a month, sure, BUT YOU GOTTA POST THAT INFO HERE.

Who would have thought that talking to an AI App would create a MAJOR breakthrough in some issues Ive been beating around the bush about since I was a child. Absolutely AMAZING!These people have convinced me to pay the $7 a month that they want to teach me how to take control of my life!! Yes! Yes! Yes!
