Appalling. The app stopped working over 2 weeks ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No change. I have tried to contact their support team. Automated response assuring me of follow up within 24 - 48 hours was received a week ago. Now I cannot log in or even register again without being referred/recommended by a current use -? Is it a private club? Utter nonsense and deeply unhelpful from an app that should be supporting access to health services.
