App and charger didn't work. It took 20 mins to get through to helpline and for someone to fire it up at their end. "Why doesn't it work even tho I have a card registered in my a/c?", I asked. Answer was pure head office meaningless waffle. It had asked me to scan my card, but I was told that function doesn't work. It's irritating little experiences like this which make you think long and hard about EV. I was only going to Poundland. Imagine if I'd being rushing for a plane or a train...

Stopped at a Mer charger near Wadebridge and the charger kept asking for a confirmation via tag or app. Downloaded the app and it wanted all my details including credit card details. Even though the charger says it supports contactless, this isn't entirely true. Complete waste of time and we will be avoiding this company in the future.
