User Reviews

Users appreciate the camera hardware quality and initial setup capabilities via the app. However, the Drift Life 2.0 app suffers from frequent crashes and slow, unreliable connectivity to cameras. Video playback and downloads commonly fail or stall. The user interface is often slow and limited, with connectivity and pairing issues frustrating many. Additionally, customer support is reportedly unresponsive. Overall, the app severely impacts the camera's usability, with many users resorting to manual SD card access instead of relying on the app for video management.

Pros

The camera hardware itself is praised for good video and pictures.
The app can be used for initial camera setup like adjusting the field of view.
WiFi connection between phone and camera works intermittently for some users.
Firmware updates can be applied via the app for the camera.

Cons

App frequently crashes during use, including while loading footage or connecting to the camera.
Videos often fail to load or download properly, with downloads pausing or restarting unexpectedly.
Connectivity issues are common; the app struggles to reliably connect to the camera's WiFi and maintain a connection.
User interface is slow and unintuitive, with limited control options and difficult pairing process.
Poor customer support and lack of timely responses to user complaints.

Recent reviews

The app works reasonably well, if a little slow. It's great for adjusting the camera settings. In fact, that's probably all I'll use it for. If I want to view a recording, I will plug it into my pc. Faster, bigger and. easier.

takes ages to download footage via wifi, and the sd card 64gb is to small, keeps overwriting the good footage when doing charity runs ect, and my ghost XL drift won't update for live streaming?
