This was the worst experience using a bus in my life. How does a bus leave someone who was in their office along Mombasa road one hour prior to departure time, make them follow the bus with a motor bike to mlolongo and still offer no apology?The staff was unhelpful and rude and all he could tell me was follow the bus with a bike.I wasted over 1000 shillings and 3 hours of my life on a bodaboda to go to mlolongo only to still not get the bus no money back. The CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT PICK CALLS.

Don't bother with these jokers. I booked a VIP seat. Upon arrival, I was literally forced to travel in a normal seat, and I wasn't refunded! Waste of money. Customer lost.
