this has helped me with over 100 deals, great calculator, It's strait to the point, no need for extras, calendar scheduling helped the most, it doesn't have comments or tips to follow you have to play with it for a bit, good thing it's strait to the point and easy to recognize. I do hope there will be more financial calculations with this calculator maybe with customize options for creative finance.
