Ever since I denied sharing my info, the game won't load the western stage. 😭 I was an avid player but now I can't play

While I thoroughly enjoy the game there are some bugs that really need fixing, I can only do one race then I have to restart the game as wont show my characters anymore, can only open a set amount of boxes before I have to once again reset the game as well as I can not get the events to load at all. I've always enjoyed this game but these things need fixing asap for me to enjoy its full potential.
