2026-08-18	Pa*****	I've used Letterly for months on my Samsung Android phone. App integration is excellent, and transcribing audio files via the PC web version is really handy. Speaker identification in conversations works well, though sadly it isn't preserved in Magic. My main gripe is it defaults to American English, so British spellings need manual correcting, adding extra editing time. Still a genuinely useful tool overall, four stars, with room to improve for UK users.
