Client Area by Hostragons

Manage your web hosting account, domains, invoices, payments, and support tickets from the official Hostragons app. The mobile-optimized hosting client area gives you convenient access to the Hostragons web customer area from your phone.

Account management on mobile

Use one place for web hosting account management and server services tracking. Bottom tabs let you move quickly between services, domains, invoices, and support tickets without repeatedly navigating through the customer area.

From the hosting client area, you can access:

- Account settings
- Payment processes

Services and domains

Review your Hostragons services through an interface optimized for mobile screens. Server services tracking helps you keep up with the services listed in your account, while domain management is available directly within the app.

The dedicated tabs make web hosting account management easier to navigate. Switch between your services and domain management sections whenever you need to check your account.

Invoices and payments

Access invoices and payments from the app. Invoice PDF files can be downloaded directly to your device, making it easier to view and retain your billing documents.

Payments are completed on the Hostragons payment page. The app does not see your card information during the payment process. This keeps invoice and payment viewing connected to your customer account while card details remain outside the app.

Support tickets

Open the support section to access your support tickets. You can attach files to support ticket replies when additional information or documents are needed. The bottom navigation also provides a fast way to move between support tickets, services, domains, and invoices.

Secure, convenient access

Your session is protected with HTTPS. After you sign in, the session remains on your device so the hosting client area can continue automatically the next time you open the app. Your login credentials are not stored on the device.

For optional local protection, enable the app lock with your fingerprint or device screen lock. When the app lock is active, the app is hidden in the recent apps screen.

Clear offline handling

If your connection is interrupted, the app displays a clear offline screen. Use the retry button to reconnect immediately when internet access is available again. This makes server services tracking, domain management, invoices and payments, and support tickets easy to return to after a connection issue.

Hostragons account required

The app is free and contains no ads. A Hostragons customer account is required to use it. Accounts are created through hostragons.com.
