2026-05-19	St*****	this company/ app is a hunk of garbage. between the utility company website and their garbage app, I got into a loop just trying to view my bill. I click view my bill on the website, app opens asking me to go paperless, click ok, then it asks for my account number, for an account thats already set up and registered. so, enter the account number and it makes a second account, and I still cant view the bill on either one, it still asks for my account number. worthless trash made by a 3rd grader.
